1. No Refund Policy

    1. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, unless required by law.
    2. Initiating a dispute may result in a permanent ban from all GOATARK servers, as well as from other unofficial servers that use the same ban system with ban-sharing enabled.
    3. If you are banned from the server due to a breach of the server or community rules, you are not eligible for a refund.
    4. We reserve the right to enforce bans at its sole discretion and to modify the rules at any time.
    5. Access to the server is not guaranteed and is subject to change, server closures, or technical limitations.
    6. If the server is discontinued or wiped, all associated digital items will be permanently lost.
    7. All virtual items are intangible, non-exchangeable, hold no real-world monetary value, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for real-world currency.

2. Right of Withdrawal – EU Customers

This clause applies only to customers based in the European Union (EU):

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately and not provided on a tangible medium, provided that:

    1. You have given your explicit prior consent for the delivery to begin before the withdrawal period expires.
    2. You have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the delivery has started.

By purchasing from our Webstore, you confirm both of the above.

3. Further Rights – Consumer Protection

    1. As a consumer, you are entitled to receive products that conform to the standards of the platform. We are under a legal obligation to supply such products. You also have legal rights regarding products that are faulty, not as described, or not delivered with reasonable skill and care.

4. Lost Items & Server Conditions

    1. We are not responsible for digital item losses due to game bugs, rollbacks, crashes, or other technical failures inherent to the game.
    2. Compensation for such losses is not guaranteed and is provided solely at our discretion.
    3. To be eligible for any potential compensation, a clear, unedited video recording of the loss is mandatory.
    4. If a server is wiped or closed, all associated virtual items are forfeit without compensation.
    5. Upon item collection, users must agree to specific in-game delivery terms that protect both parties against known technical issues.

5. Virtual Currency

Some purchases may include Virtual Currency.

    1. Virtual Currency has no real-world value.
    2. Cannot be exchanged or refunded.
    3. Is only valid on the platform where it was issued.

6. Payment & Billing

    1. You may only use the payment methods provided at checkout.
    2. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are the authorized user and consent to payment processing by our third-party providers.
    3. We may require your billing address or other data to comply with local tax laws.
    4. You agree not to use VPNs, IP masking, or proxies to misrepresent your location for pricing or regional access.
    5. Additional fees may apply for currency conversions, payment gateway fees and originator or cross-border processing fees

7. Product Pricing

    1. Prices are set by us and shown on the Webstore at the time of your order.
    2. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. However, any accepted order will be honored at the price agreed upon during checkout.
    3. Where VAT or other taxes apply, these will be added to your total and displayed before payment.

8. Order Process & Delivery

    1. Orders are placed and fulfilled through: https://store.goatark.com
    2. Delivery is automated and occurs within 3 minutes once you’re connected to the selected server.
    3. You must select your delivery server during checkout.
    4. If you experience an issue, please contact our support team via Discord or by email at [email protected].
    5. We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or server operations.

9. Restrictions on Use of Webstore

You agree:

    1. To use the Webstore only for personal, non-commercial purchases unless otherwise authorized.
    2. Not to reverse-engineer, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Webstore or its source code.
    3. Not to grant third parties access to the Webstore or resell digital items purchased from it.

10. Age Restriction

    1. You must be at least 16 years old to make purchases from the Webstore.

11. Subscriptions

If an item is part of a subscription plan, the following applies:

    1. You will be informed of the recurring billing amount and frequency during checkout.
    2. You will also receive email confirmation with cancellation instructions.
    3. You may cancel anytime via https://store.goatark.com/dashboard/my-subscriptions or by using the cancellation link in the email.
    4. No refunds will be provided for subscription payments already processed.

12. Affiliated Brands

    1. We are not affiliated with, associated, endorsed by, or officially connected to any third-party brands, game studios, or organizations (including Wildcard or Snail Games), nor their subsidiaries or affiliates. All names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
    2. These Terms are governed by French law.
    3. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France (non-exclusive).

13. Acceptance of Terms

    1. By making a purchase, using our Webstore, or opening a support ticket on our Discord, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, including our Privacy Policy, No Refund Policy, and any applicable supplemental terms.
